Spencer grew up in Portland, Chicago, and Arkansas before settling in Washington, where he graduated from the University of Washington and met his wife Haley. He's the father of three young children.

He has built lasting partnerships by staying curious, empathetic, and thoughtful in every interaction. His consultative, strategic approach balances the needs of employers and employees alike.

Outside the office, you'll find him wing foiling, windsurfing, skiing, and on family adventures around the Pacific Northwest.

Sharon Villa

Over 35 years across both group and individual insurance markets.

A California native, Sharon relocated to Seattle with her husband Joe and has put down deep roots in the Pacific Northwest. She loves Mount Rainier views, local wildlife, and recently caught the Northern Lights up close.

Sharon treats every client as a partner and stays inspired by continuous learning in an industry that never sits still.

She has grandchildren and a dog named Scooby.
